Vicks Vaporub - 50g/100g

Vicks VapoRub is used to relieve nasal catarrh and congestion, sore throats and coughs due to colds. 

The VapoRub is designed to be massaged into the chest and back to help clear the passages and promote easy breathing. It can also be melted into hot water and inhaled as a steam for a quick and effective way to clear congestion.

How to Use 

Adults:

Rub Vaporub liberally on the chest, throat and back. Rub in well over the whole area and leave nightclothes loose for easy inhalation.

or

Melt two teaspoons of Vaporub in very hot water and inhale the vapours.

Children (infants and babies over 2 years):

Apply lightly to chest and back. Rub gently and leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.

Warnings

Do not use Vicks VapoRub on children under 2 years of age.

Pregnanacy and breastfeeding - Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this or any other medicine, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Occasionally, Vicks VapoRub can cause a temporary reddening of the skin in the region where the product has been rubbed in. This is quite normal, and the "skin reddening" fades and disappears within hours without any further action.
